Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, listing accuracy
When I checked in to the hotel the picture on hotel.com was different to the hotel, when I came into the room there was no amenities, not even soap or toilet roll, there were many cracks on the walls and the kitchen drawers were broken, the cutlery was rusty and kettle had limescale, I took photos and videos, and people in the room next to us opened our room with their own key, this was very unsafe as anyone could’ve broken in
