The bathroom was clean . Room could use an update but it was comfortable & clean . The sheets were stained but not dirty & the bed was just right . Breakfast on the other hand was amazing on the first day ( everything was fresh & delicious ) , cold & stale on the second day ( all out in cling film on a table, pancakes were cold )

Comfortable and well-located

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The location was excellent - close to the market and easy walking distance to all the major sites but far enough away from the main street that it was quiet in the hotel. The hotel helped book several tours for us and ensured we had a smooth and enjoyable trip. We'd definitely stay here again.

My wife and I spent three nights at Casa Lalla. The staff was welcoming and helpful. We loved dining at the rooftop restaurant. The food was excellent. We took advantage of the spa services and enjoyed our massage. Very affordable. Our room was comfortable. The AC worked great and shower was good. The only criticism was the pool. It’s located in the dining room. We didn’t feel comfortable getting in our swimming suites and using the pool. It was a bit wierd. Otherwise, an excellent stay and we would go back. Thanks to all the delightful staff.

Had a great stay. The breakfast was great. The food at the resturant was also tasty, had dinner there my last night. The staff was also supper helpful and friendly. I would recommend here for those visiting Marrakech. A little tricky to find at first through the Medina, but after a day or so I got my sense direction and location down.
