Our room was so clean. The beds, the carpet, the bathroom were spot less. They had air purifiers in the hallways, which I appreciated! Their beds were comfortable and their windows had a black out shade which was amazing. The staff at check in and check out were very kind and helpful!

Everything about our stay was great. From missing our fist night due to the Mackinac Bridge closing - the staff was very accommodating when we contacted them - to checking in and out, etc. I’ve read some negative reviews online and I don’t understand them - the hotel was clean, the breakfast buffet was very good, and the staff was friendly. We had zero trouble and will definitely plan to stay with them again.
