They put me in a room that was not what I booked. They confirmed that management place me in a smaller room than what I had paid for and said to return the next morning to resolve the issue. The next morning I was told my correct room would be available after noon. I informed the front desk that I would gone for most of the day but will pick up the room keys when I or my wife return. When my wife returned, they said our room was no longer available and we were forced to stay in a smaller room than I had paid for with no reimbursement.

Nice hotel. Clean and spacious rooms. Breakfast was OK but not many choices. Parking was in an underground garage with was a little hard to get in and out of.

Really enjoyed our stay. Loved having a full kitchen. We ate several meals in our room. Layout of bedroom not quite what I expected. Asked for a couch and only got one chair. And bed was pushed up to tv stand which was difficult to maneuver around since two of us share the bed. We made do. My husband ate the free breakfast. He said it was good. I am gluten free and tried the oatmeal which was not very good. Very watery. Other than that having beverages available 24/7 was great as was the evening appetizer and beverage gathering. All staff we met were very nice. Entire facility very clean. Not thrilled that dogs are allowed on all floors but we had no issues with them. Overall a good experience and will stay again.

Staff was great, breakfast was great, easy access to everything nearby. Only one minor complaint and that is the locks on the bathroom and bedroom door. It was some weird metal contraption that sticks out on both sides and is really hard to get to function properly. It's also very loud when you try to close the doors and get it to latch. Not the best when you are trying to use the bathroom in the middle of the night or before everyone else is up. I've never seen or heard anything like it before and it was a source of frustration all weekend. Everything else was great, just hope they will consider changing that.

Three of us stayed for the NMU 50th NCAA Div II Football National championship reunion. The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfasts over three days were good with the staff keeping up with food refreshment and cleanliness. All in all, a very good stay.

Room was clean but could use refreshing, especially the bathroom. The happy hour was very nice, a couple free drinks and a good light meal. Breakfast was your typical hotel free breakfast, good choices and fresh hot food

Highly recommended stay for a UP vacation

The property is conveniently located, check in and check out were very quick and efficient, staff was very friendly, the property is very pet friendly, the room was very spacious, comfortable, and clean. I highly recommend a stay here and plan to be back someday!
