Clean room, but very cold outside air leaking into the room around the base of the heating unit. Would be nice to have a soda vending machine. Staff and bartenders were professional and efficient. Elevator is in rough shape. Could use new flooring and a coat of paint. Also, since our room was directly adjacent to the elevator, you could hear it through the wall.

First of all, the front desk manager was amazing ...above and beyond during the huge snow storm. This Ramada has really stepped up its game and we prefer this hotel right downtown!

Front desk staff was fantastic, we had no housekeeping the days we were there at all. The pool was ice cold and the hot tub wasn’t very warm at all. The elevator also was not working during our stay.

The room was great. But for the price, the pool could have been heated. We reserved a room with a poolside view and we couldn’t even use the pool or hot tub. The food was excellent at the restaurant, but again, for that price, something should have been added

Yes, the room was clean, but had no shampoo or body soap to take showers with or bar soap for the sink in the bathroom. And when I travel that far and stay in a hotel overnight, I would hope for some breakfast in the morning and not from a restaurant that I have to go buy after I spent all the money on the hotel room and bought dinner at the expensive restaurant the night before
