The room was great. But for the price, the pool could have been heated. We reserved a room with a poolside view and we couldn’t even use the pool or hot tub. The food was excellent at the restaurant, but again, for that price, something should have been added

Yes, the room was clean, but had no shampoo or body soap to take showers with or bar soap for the sink in the bathroom. And when I travel that far and stay in a hotel overnight, I would hope for some breakfast in the morning and not from a restaurant that I have to go buy after I spent all the money on the hotel room and bought dinner at the expensive restaurant the night before

We loved the location in proximity to downtown and the waterfront. Very walkable. The room was clean and comfortable.

If you have a pool side room be aware that they do not enforce the pool hours and people (adults and kids) can be very loud in there, even if it is unintentional. Both early in the morning and late at night.

Location is OK to visit downtown Marquette. Hotel is clean, staff is friendly, restaurant & bar downstairs was great. Hotel is quite old and in desperate need of a serious exteriors and interior (including rooms) renovation. Rooms with entrance by the swimming pool have a heavily chlorinated atmosphere to walk from the lobby to the room through the pool area. I found it overpriced for what is the standard at that price level but I also understand hotels in town have the upper hand given how remote town is.

Parking is limited in the front of the building, which was the closet door to our room. But not a huge deal. Carpeting could use replacing in our room. Overall hotel was great and had a great breakfast and pool area.
