Showing its age. Had to unplug frig as it was very noisey (more than a hum). Barhroom tiny. Step (mini ramp) at door one had to remember when leaving room. All staff encounters very good. Ir wasnt dirty, just a little less than we expected.

The property was outdated, run down, and noisy. No breakfast. It was located on a major road which made it noisy. Deferred maintenance, broken window latches, doors that did not shut properly, and an unlocked back door.

Hot tub was great, front desk gal was very nice, pillows not so great and bed a little stiff and uncomfortable. Room had strong flower cleaner smell when we first arrived but next day it had a slight musty smell. Room and hotel was clean and well kept. Coffee bar was great. No breakfast offered. We will stay again.

This is an older two-story hotel with no elevator. Room was a little dated but we agreed that it was the cleanest room we've ever stayed in.

While the location was convenient, the property was a bit tired. Rooms were dark and caulking in bathroom missing in parts.

Staff was not friendly upon arrival. Room was very small and dingy, bedding felt damp. Room was overly scented. Door is very thin and bed located too close to the door, I could hear every other door open and close and people in hallway. It seemed like I was in the hallway. Woke up with fresh bug bites from the bedding. It was horrible. Room was overpriced compared to other locations. We chose for hot tub. Hot tub was nice.
