I just wish they hand vending machines inn the halways for late nicht snack ansld drinks Theres just stuff they can sell you at the check in desk even though there are vendhing machine signs all over the place. My kid was disappointed

Front desk staff was awesome! They were very flexible and accommodating. One of the cleaning ladies was really rude. She told me to go smoke next to a gas pipeline and I was well away of 25 feet from an entrance. The bed was comfortable and the room clean just a little outdated. But 10 stars for the front desk staff!

The room had a mildew smell. We thought we could air it out while gone from the room- but it was worse. We went to the desk and requested a different room. The clerk was accommodating and gave us a different room. A few minutes later she came to Our room and said we would need to pay for the new room, because housekeeping had left for the day, so they would not be able to book the stinky room. We the requested to speak to the manager who had directed the clerk to tell us how they plan to handle i-us paying for 2 rooms. Finally after several back and forth, wee said, we were staying in the clean room and would not be paying for a second room. She said we might not be able to rent from them again as we would be on a list with a paper trail. Very disappointed-especially being a return customer.

We love this motel. We’ve always had great customer service, very friendly. I’ve had conversations with multiple staff and they’re always nice and engaging. Our rooms we’ve stayed in are always clean. The rooms are pretty basic, however, always really clean. We enjoy the modern look. This is our go to place to stay every time we visit Marquette. The price is right, cheaper than hotels around but just as nice, maybe even better than other hotels in the area.
