Another property that needs to be seriously updated. Some sketchy folks appearing to live there as well. I suspect this is a sister property to Cedar Motor Inn. Spend a few more bucks and stay somewhere decent.

The rooms are clean, I liked the contactless check-in and check-out, the property was tidy, with nice lawn area with places to bbq. There is a beautiful forest with walking trails in the back. And you can't beat the price. It's not fancy so if that's what you want this isn't the place for you. But if you are looking for a decent room that is clean, spacious with basic amenities that wont' break your bank this IS the place for your. I will be back for sure

Cheap room with good location. Biggest issue we had was people living in rooms on either side of us were smoking weed in their rooms while children were there. We smelled it later at night the first night and other room at 9am next day when a kid exited the door and smoke was rolling out

Checking in was simple but room was not in the great shape. A lot of stains on bedsheets, seems like there is a lot of people actually living in those rooms and it didn’t feel safe to stay there with kids. Overall you get what you paid for price was cheap and that is the only positive thing about this place. Would not recommend if you are going with kids for sure even adults only if you can’t afford anything better

I’ll never stay at the Brentwood again. It smelled like cat uterine and smoke inside, and the carpet was heavily stained. I didn’t take my bag of clothes inside for fear of what may have been crawling around. I got only a couple hours of sleep and departed as soon as I feasibly could manage.

It’s not a great place, but if you go in with low expectations it is sufficient. Room smelled of smoke yet is no smoking. Carpeting needs to be replaced. Could use a fresh coat of paint. Bathroom could be updated. Linens were clean. Again lower your expectations and you won’t be disappointed.

Very basic old furniture and accommodations. There was no plug for the bathtub and one lamp didn’t work. I reported these but nothing was done about them. I did not expect such a run down and old room based on hotel.com information and photos. The price was still close to $100 per night. We were Very disappointed but glad we saw no bugs and rug was vacuumed even though it hadn’t been cleaned for a very long time.
