Pros: Super Aussicht vom Balkon, Gute Lage für div. Unternehmungen Fahrradtouren, Fahrradgarage bequem (war auf Nachfrage möglich), Fliegengitter vor allen Fenstern+Türen, Klimaanlage Cons: Stühle auf Balkon und Küche unbequem ohne ausreichende Polsterung. Klappsofa im Wohnbereich unbequem, Sitzfläche durchgesessen.
