Viele Mängel, abgewohnt, kaum zu empfehlen!

Anreise: Vermieter beantwortet mails zur Ankunft erst um 15 Uhr des Anreisetages! Wohnung: nur oberflächlich gereinigt, Geschirr und Töpfe teilweise noch Schmutz vom Vormieter. Mobilar stammt aus den 70er/80er- Jahren. Microwelle und Kaffeemaschine nicht vorhanden! Nach 2-maliger Aufforderung erhielten wir dann nach zwei Tagen eine Microwelle. Dürftige Küchenausstattung. Unpraktische Schränke. In der ganzen Wohnung gab es nur einen Kleiderhaken (im Bad). Bett ist durchgelegen. Nur eine Matraze für zwei Personen, nur gemeinsame Decke und Bettlaken. Schwache und unzureichende Beleuchtung. Kein Licht an der Küchenzeile! Alte Steckdosen nur mit Adapter zu verwenden, zuwenig davon vorhanden. Sat-TV nur mit ital. Programmen. Großer Flachbild-TV mit gutem Bild und sehr schlechten Lautsprechern. Fazit: Preis-Leistungsverhältnis stimmt überhaupt nicht, deutlich zu teuer für eine alte abgewohnte Ferienwohnung. Der Vermieter wirkte wenig motiviert und überfordert. Wir haben erst mal selbst gründlich gereinigt und bei den Mängeln improvisiert. Die nebenan wohnenden alten Eltern des Vermieters waren sehr freundlich. Die Lage des Hauses im Ort war gut. Der Ort ruhig, der Iseosee und die umliegenden Täler sind sehenswert.
