Nice and modern feel upon entry with lots of space. It is very clean. Decoration is cool and modern. The property has a decent size and shape swimming pool. Location is high up so there is a sliver of sea views through the rapidly developing concrete jungle of Akyaka. The man I spoke with on the phone was friendly, polite and helpful.The porter he sent to help with the luggage saw me at the top door to the property and instead of coming up there to help, he waved at me to come down to him with all my luggage. Fortunately my taxi driver kindly helped me to carry the luggage to the porter! There were a few other problems. Most important one is the location. In Expedia map It is marked at the centre of the town. In reality it is far from centre at the edge of the town, high up on the hill. Without a car, it is difficult to get in and out. Second is the maintenance and quality of materials used in building. Even though it is a new place, insect screen already damaged severely on the second floor. Curtain is partially out of the rack and untidily dumped in a corner. Most sliding doors’ handles don’t work well. Bed squeaks lot. Bathroom has a broken, bizarre black towel rack. Also the wooden area around the sink is completely water damaged looks dingy. Lighting is terrible in general.

Very modern spacious apartments exactly as shown in pictures. Everything was great staff were very helpful and friendly. Would recommend for stay with family. Property was very clean and well kept. Great location we would definitely stay again.

Tam bir hayal kırıklığı

Bu otelin sunduğu 3 +1 delux apart dairede 3 gün konakladık.Hayal kırıklığımız ters dublex olan bir ev tuttuğumuzu fark etmemiz ile başladı,aşağıdaki yatak odaları ve banyolardaki küf ve rutubet kokusu sıcağın etkisiyle güçlenmiş ve heryere hakim olmuş.Sıva boya ile göstermelik işlemden başka bir bakım görmediği belli olan bu yapıya müdehale etmeyip bunu turizme açmak insan sağlığını hiçe saymaktır akıl alır gibi değil.Odamızdaki bu rahatsızlığımızı dile getirdiğimiz otel sahibi yada işletme sorumlusunun umursamaz tavrı,problem çözme ve müşteriyi memnun etme gibi özelliklerden yoksun oluşu bizi aile olarak daha çaresiz bıraktı.Bunun dışında temizlik personeli kadın çalışanlarına ilgilerinden dolayı teşekkür ederiz.İşletmenin sunamadığı konforu temiz çarşaf ve havlu ile telafi etmeye çalıştılar.Bu tip konaklama yerleri Akyaka turizmine hiç yakışmıyor,kendi tavırlarını profesyonel bir şekilde değiştirmelerini umuyorum,insan sağlığına saygılı turizme katkısı olan bir konaklama yeri için revizyon kesinlikle gerekli.
