Wonderful building and staff, we loved what the place had to offer in ambience. The wood work and design and furniture is incredible, stopped and admire and enjoy all the spaces it has to offer from top to bottom and out onto the pool area with the building and the mountain towering above! It was equally amazing how close it was to the river with boats and crystal clear water, plus the nice walk to bar and restaurant area on the beach! Wonderful experience

Hotel is tired and needs updating . Lights too dark to see buffet breakfast. A great clean pool but surrounding decking is in a bad state of repair. Lose boards and nails jutting out. I nearly stood on one with bare feet. Could be made such a great hotel with a few adjustments

Never stay in this hotel. The rooms are old, everything is in bad cobsition. The shower did not drain the water, the shower faıcet was so old rusty that it is not working. The towels (all of them including new ones I asked from the satff) had stains (red and brown) they said it is rust!!! They changed our room to a new one which was not better. The big spider was on the wall and the staff came to pick it up but it ruined our stay! This hotel needs renovation. They mix the rustic with the rust and old!!! Terrible hotel, dirty and ugly old!!!

Düğün sonrası konaklama için tercih ettik.. oda fotoğraflarda daha büyük görünüyordu.. keşke sabah kalktığımızda minibarda su olabilseydi buzdolabı bomboştu.. biraz da bakımsız kalmış.. niyetimiz 2 gece kalmaktı ama otel değiştirmek durumunda kaldık.. kahvaltısı fena değildi konum da güzel.. ama dışarıdan görüntüsüne ve fiyatına bakılırsa içerik vasat altı.. tekrar tercih etmeyiz..

Öncelikle bu değerlendirmemi 12 yıllık bir turizmci olarak gözlemlemleri belirtiyorum. Otele ilk giriş karşılaması ve check-in info su yoktu.Nezekaten de olsa deske gelen misafire su vs içermisiniz diye sorulur.Hele ki böyle sıcak havalarda.Kahvaltı saati,wifi şifresi(çalışmıyor(sorduk klasik otel dolu ondan cevabı geliyor)resepsiyona nasıl ulaşılır, restaurant var mı varsa kaça kadar hizmet veriliyor, vs vs diye devam eden bir otel check-in lerinin olmazsa olmazıdır.(bunların hepsini ben sorduktan sonra söylediler tabiki). Oda temizliği iyi durumda idi lakin o havluları ben kendi işletmelerimde sunsam herhalde otele girmeye yüzüm olmaz.Havlular delik yırtık ve lekeli.Herhalde otelin ilk açıldığında alınan havlulardır diye tahmin ediyorum.Defarmasyona bakınca.Hk çalışanlarından yeni havlu talebinde bulunduğumuz da havlular vs neden bu durumda diye sorunca yüz ifadesi ile ben gereken cevabı 'yönetim' olarak almış oldum. Kahvaltı zayıf,özellikle bir adet bile meyve seçeneği yok(karpuz,kavun) açık büfenin olmazsa olmazlarındandır.Bir gün önceden kalan dilimlenmiş salatalıklar tekrar ertesi gün kurumuş bir vaziyette yine büfede yerini almıştı.Mama sandelyeleri hiç hijyenik değildi kendimiz temizleyerek kullandık.Havuzda bir kısım taşlar sökülmüş ve yüzerkende sökülüyordu.Yeterli sayıda şemsiye yok.Genel olarak otel sezona hazır olarak start almamış durumda idi.Çevre temizliği ve peyzaj durumu göz önüne alındığında.F&B DİLARA HANIM VE DİĞER SERVİS PERSONELLERİNE TEŞEKKÜRLER.

Çok çok kötü bir konaklama geçirdik. Sizin tarafınızdan rezervasyon yaptırdık ve ödememiz gereken tutar 306,61 TL olması gerekirken benden 330,00 TL tahsil ettiler.Personel’in kahvaltının kaçta bittiğinden haberi yok.5 dakika geç kaldık diye kahvaltı vermediler.Odalar dökülüyor,Ottoman konsepti olduklarını zannedip tadilat yapmamışlar.
