Arrived at Cihanturk greeted by filiz and erdogan who welcomed me very friendly and professional stayed at Cihanturk several times before and and highly recommend here close to the blueport and beachfront perfect location staff all lovely showers powerful and spacious room was immaculate big comfortable double bed and a seaview breakfast was lovely scrambled eggs boiled eggs toast all jams fruit cereal and salad Turkish breakfast served 8-10 will return here again in 2026 thanks to the staff for welcoming me and treating me like family here

Ok for a short stay

The hotel is in a wonderful location. The beach is just a 2-minute walk away, and you have restaurants and shops right at your fingertips. The minibus to Marmaris stops right by the hotel. Personally, I preferred to walk into central Marmaris along the seaside promenade – it's a pleasant 20-30 minute stroll. I had a spacious room on the 5th floor. Even though it was the end of September, the weather was quite hot, so I had to sleep with the AC on. It was a bit noisy, but I got used to it. I slept under the blanket; the bed was comfortable, but the pillows were very uncomfortable! The breakfasts were OKish: there were always fresh vegetables, eggs, 4 types of cheese, and yogurt.

Stayed here years ago and it was a great experience. This time, we were disappointed because bathroom was not clean, pillows were flat and the beds were uncomfortable. Not a notable improvement in the rooms. However, this hotel is in the perfect location of Marmaris. You can’t beat that convenience. Also, front desk staff is extremely nice and accommodating. I called her a couple times prior to our stay and she blocked the perfect rooms for us with the right bedding configuration. Elevator is a plus as well as a variety of breakfast items and finally, A/C and wifi worked great which is something I have to have anywhere I stay. Overall, we would stay here again in the future but I would demand better cleaning and better pillows at least.
