Hotel rooms are spacious and clean, the general condition of the hotel could be updated especially around the pool area , sun beds are packed tightly next to each other, which makes getting on/ off them tricky. The choice of food is limited, disappointing that you could not get a cold drink from the bar til after 10

Rooms were big and clean. But the food was terrible, staff were ok. Night staff ( can’t remember his name) was very nice. My last day I had another man at the reception was very kind. They were all very young in experience, some tried really hard some were not. As far as the staff it was definitely a mix feeling. What really bother me the most was the food cups for drinking looked dirty. No air conditioning in the main area, internet terrible. First time I complain in all inclusive hotel.

I payed for a double room expecting a double bed but got singles pushed together. I was under the assumption that there was no kids but there was and on the Thursday about 50 kids booked in for a graduation treat. The pool was freezing but that was normal all inclusive was a bit of a sham using little tiny bottles of spirits and small glasses for beer

Yemekler lezzetli ama sürekli bardak bitiyor. Göz devirmeyi azaltmaları, doğru iletişimi öğrenmeleri lazım. Türk misafir sevmiyor da olabilirler yabancılarla iletişimleri gayet seviyeliydi zira.

Yorumlara bakarak endişeyle gittik ama oldukça memnun kaldığımız bir tatil oldu , oda ferah , yatak yastık rahat ve temizdi , banyo ve wc de bakımlı ve temizdi tam bir fiyat performans oteli, çalışanlar nazik ve ilgiliydi , sahile yakınlığı , otelin çok yakınında ücretsiz otopark bulunması da ekstra avantajdı, yemek çeşidi biraz artırılabilir belki ama çok rahatsız olmadık , herşey olması gerektiği kadardı, herşey dahilde favori otellerim arasına ekledim , tekrar gideceğim.

The overall hotel building, room, pool and location are good. Air conditioning is not good and really important in Turkey!!! Food was not good. And strange that the pool shuts so early. But for the price ok really.

The first thing that hit our nose straight away when we walked in was the smell of the food. I actually instantly wanted to be sick. We ended up eating out everyday because the food knocked us sick a few times. The cleanliness and the condition of the building was below average and cocktails and towels for pools had to be paid for. The hot drink machine is sealed (a tape is put over it) at night so you can’t even get some hot water. The pool stunnnnnk of chlorine. The 6 days that we spent here literally felt like we were at prison and eating prison food.
