Our new, comfortable, and modernly furnished vacation apartment (87 m²) for 2–6 people is located in beautiful Markkleeberg, south of the trade fair city of Leipzig. <br><br>Our apartment features an open-concept kitchen, living, and dining area with a fully equipped kitchenette and a dining table that seats six. From our large sofa by the expansive panoramic window, you can enjoy the view of the surrounding greenery or watch a flat-screen TV connected to a home entertainment system. Wi-Fi is also available free of charge. The apartment offers 2 bedrooms, each with either a large double bed or a single bed with a pull-out extension, as well as an additional sleeping option for 2 people on the sleeper sofa in the living room. The en suite bathroom features a toilet and a bathtub with a shower. Towels, bed linens, and a hair dryer are provided. <br><br>We’ve also thought of our youngest guests: a crib, high chair, and toilet seat are available. Pet owners are welcome to bring their pets—there is no additional charge for this. The vacation rental is located on the 1st floor of an apartment building and is accessible by elevator. <br>

Tolle Lage: zum einen zum Neuseenland und zum anderen zur S-Bahn, um die Stadt und das Umland zu erkunden. Wir würden sie wieder buchen.

Unterkunft

Ferienwohnung war in Ordnung. Sehr sauber alles vorhanden. Das Haus bzw. das Treppenhaus macht keinen so guten Eindruck. Die Anbindung zur Bahn ist durch die Nähe zum Bahnhof ideal. Es war auch ruhig ,trotz Bahndamm Nähe. Schön ist auch die Nähe zu den Seen und der schöne Ort
