The 35-square-meter FeWo-W3 Ranke apartment features 1 double bed in the bedroom and 1 box-spring sofa bed in the living room. It is located in the Spreeparadies building, right on the Spree River in Alt-Schadow on Neuendorfer Lake. Spreeparadies is a newly built, energy-efficient home completed in 2021, featuring smart home technology, radiant floor heating, and a heat pump. A ventilation system eliminates the need for mosquito screens. <br>The “Rebe” vacation rental has its own private access path and entrance. A south-facing terrace offers views of the Spree River, the natural lock, and the Nadelwehr weir. The terrace features an electric pergola awning, patio furniture, and a sun lounger. <br>The living room, bedroom, and adjacent bathroom—with a walk-in shower and a raised toilet—are located on the first floor. The living room features a seating area with a box-spring sofa bed, satellite TV, LAN/Wi-Fi, and a kitchenette. The kitchenette is equipped with a large refrigerator/freezer, an induction cooktop, a dishwasher, and all necessary kitchen amenities. <br>Guests’ own bicycles and kayaks can be stored securely in a locked garage. A Weber electric grill is available.<br>

Kurzurlaub

Es war alles sehr sauber, modern und praktisch eingerichtet. In der kleinen Wohnung 3 (Ranke) wäre ein kleiner Backofen wünschenswert! Allerdings hat der Hinweis auf den Seekiosk, mit Brötchenverkauf, unser Problem gelöst! Es war ein sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt. 100 Prozent Empfehlung!
