The cottage is situated on the historic battle site of the 1645 Civil War in Naseby which saw Cromwell's defeat of King Charles 1st. if this is of interest to you there are several Battle field view points to visit locally, each with information plaques. Countryside walks can be taken from the cottages garden.
Local pubs include the Red Lion Sibbertoft, Bulls Head Clipston and Royal Oak Naseby, red lion Thornby. There are also numerous independent cafés and restaurants in Market Harborough.
The closest town is Market Harborough - 7 Miles away, the town has a range of independent shops, restaurants, cafes and train station.

Situated on a working farm, guests access the property by driving through a lively farmyard, encountering animals, machinery, and tractors along the way.
If you would like additional visitors during your stay such as local friends, family, make-up artists for weddings etc please let me know, we'd love to accommodate them where possible. An additional visitor charge will be incurred and should be paid on check in.
Please report any damage or issues to the property manager as soon as possible — failure to report could result in an additional charge.
