I was only there for 8 hours before our next softball game. The floors were dirty. The counter we put stuff on was dirty. Maybe wax on it couldn’t tell. Red roof is our affordable and clean Hotel for travel but this wasn’t it. We also had to pay an additional $50 and I haven’t seen if they put it back into our account t yet. They must have bad customers but I. Won’t be another

We ended up not staying because of the location. In the parking lot there were several men out drinking and smoking and our rooms were located at the end of the second floor not close to any stairs close to where they were. The lobby door was locked when we got there, and it appeared that the clerk was bothered by having to let us in. We looked at the room but was not happy with it. We did not feel safe and we were 4 ladies travelling together. We decided not to stay and was told we would not be charged. But I was when I checked my CC statement the charge was on my account. It appears the property is not being maintained, and it looks really run down.
