Very good hotel, excellent place. I only have one complaint: I've stayed there before and didn't pay for parking. I made my reservation as usual, and at the time of booking it said the hotel had parking, and I've never been charged before. This time they charged me, even though it specifies at the time of booking that parking is not included and is paid separately. Why does it say at the time of booking that the hotel has parking? Thank you.

I liked everything, the stuff very helpful. The amenities more than I expected. very good location, same place of the mall location where you have everything to eat, shop and entertainment. Easy access to the airport and downtown.

"Unfortunately, my stay at this hotel was marred by unprofessional staff with an attitude. They failed to listen to clients' concerns and needs during check-in. To make matters worse, they called my room 20 minutes later to convey information that I had already tried to communicate during the initial check-in process. This lack of attentiveness and communication greatly impacted my experience."
