"Unexpected charges after I paid for the room in full"

"Room balcony dirty, shower amenities to high on the wall to be easily used. Water out of shower was rusty for 4 minutes before it cleared up. Bathroom sink took almost 5 minutes to drain. Draperies covering the balcony slider was torn. No "Do Not Disturb"hanger for door. Sleep sofa upholstery in the suite area was dirty and stained. No suitcase stand to put suitcase on to unload. This was by far one of the poorest Marriott Courtyards I have ever stayed in. Never will stay at this one again."

"Room had shards of broken glass bottles on floor and there was a trash bag over the smoke detector. Simple things like this should not be overlooked. I brought up to the staff and even after turndown service, the issues were still there."

"Room was clean. Staff was mediocre at best. Not very friendly. Walls are paper thin. Could hear people’s conversations from the next room. Breakfast was 6am to 9am. Went to get breakfast at 6:20 and there were no lights on in the room and nothing stocked. I don’t know if someone called off or what. We went to McDonald’s next to eat. I was disappointed with this hotel even though the reviews were saying it was good. The only thing good I guess is the room was clean."

"The room had a stale, awful odor. The faucet in the bathtub constantly ran. The bathroom sink handle came off in my hand. The remote control didn’t have batteries and the room was infected with roaches."
