There is a bedroom with a comfortable double bed and a large tiled bathroom equipped with both washer and dryer. The spacious living room can accommodate 2 people in a comfortable sofa bed. The terrace is a lovely place to enjoy sunny days, if the rain comes or the sun gets too strong there is an awning that is easily pulled out as protection. The garden that surrounds the house is lush and offers a wonderful flower splendor during the summer season. A stone's throw from the house is Herrestaviken and here is the rowing boat that belongs to the house which allows you to easily get out on the bay, if you are interested in fishing, Herrestaviken offers good opportunities, fishing license required. There is also a swimming area with a sandy beach and a jetty that makes it easy to take a refreshing dip. The house is not adapted for families with children.
