Die Gegend ist sehr schön und das Personal an der Rezeption war immer freundlich und hilfsbereit. Leider gab es einige Mängel, die unseren Aufenthalt beeinträchtigt haben. Die Betten haben bei jeder Bewegung extrem gequietscht, die Stühle knarrten und bei einer Bank war bereits eine Schraube locker. Zudem befanden sich Staub und Staubweben im Apartment. Außerdem begann die Baustelle nebenan schon gegen 6 Uhr morgens, was bei der Hitze noch verständlich ist aber nichts für leichte Langschläfer wäre. Die Dunstabzugshaube in der Küche funktionierte nicht. Beim normalen Kochen löste dadurch der Feueralarm für das gesamte Gebäude aus. Alle Gäste mussten nach draußen, doch zunächst kümmerte sich niemand darum. Erst als jemand zur Rezeption ging, bemerkte man den Alarm. Für ein Spa- und Wellnesshotel waren wir vom Wellnessbereich enttäuscht. Das Hallenbad war oft überfüllt und sehr laut, da sich viele Gäste nicht an die Baderegeln hielten. Die Sauna war zudem nur am Wochenende geöffnet, sodass wir sie gar nicht nutzen konnten. Schöne Lage und freundliches Personal – aufgrund der vielen Mängel und der fehlenden Ruhe würden wir die Unterkunft jedoch nicht weiterempfehlen - zumindest für das Apartment.

Un appartement vraiment très spacieux pour une station de ski. Accueil sympathique, accès à la piscine très facile ( le bâtiment juste en face du nôtre). Résidence calme.

Otroligt vacker plats! Boendet var mycket bra och passade oss två vuxna och tre barn utmärkt. Det fanns mycket att göra runt omkring men det räckte att vandra runt och se på den magiska naturen. När vi checkade in på kvällen så kunde man beställa pizza efter att restaurangen stängt, vilket vi gjorde efter en lång resa och med hungriga magar. Servicen och pizzan var fantastiskt. Frukosten kan vara den bästa hotellfrukosten vi ätit. Personalen var även dom helt fantastiska. Finns inget att klaga på.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour,la vue magnifique,le calme,le logement spacieux et propre.L'acceuil très professionnel et sympa. Par contre Expedia fourni de la publicité mensongère en disant point fort pour vous location de vélos gratuit et il n'en ai rien,ce n'est pas la faute du village pohorje mais de vous.Le loueur de vélo était tellement gêné qu'il a essayé de nous faire un prix le lendemain mais nous partions,il était très sympa,merci à lui. Notre séjour à Pohorje c'est super bien passé,mais une chose est sûre, pour moi Expedia c'est terminé, aucune considération et gestes de votre part.
