The bedroom part was good but the bathroom needs a major make over thr bathroom wall was dirty I was scared to touch it and no ice machine wasn’t working the staff told me to go up to the second floor and that one wasn’t working either and the elevator wasn’t working also

Breakfast was luke warm, biscuits were hard as rocks, no gravy. Bagels were stale. Room had black mold over fron doorway, roach on the floor by bathroom sink, no blow dryer or iron, towels were gray and dingy .

I didn't eat the breakfast because it has next to it a waffle house and I love it. Maybe next time I try the breakfast from the hotel. Also, check in and check out were from a machine with someone working from India, everything was faster, but wear for me. I didn't see any physical person working there.

I had booked the room and arrived to check in at 5:00 am. They charged me extra because it was so early, and I asked if they would still charge me if I checked in later. I don't understand that charge; it was $50. So I won't be staying there again. I don't know why they charged me that amount; the hotel wasn't full, maybe that's why they did it, but I thought it was unfair.

I had a family emergency, spouse had heart attack during our trip. Was not able to get to hotel and they refused to refund my money. With all that was happening I didn’t think about cancelling reservation. Once I realized I tried to cancel and they refused. I will not be staying here in the future.
