With a huge bay window, enjoying a panoramic view of Margate beach & the pier; a beautiful spot to view the marvellous sunsets.

You'll also have access to a sun drenched private walled garden.

Ideally located opposite the beach, 5 minutes from Margate Old Town, Dreamland & Margate Station
The space
Located opposite the larges sandy beach in the local area; Margate beach and the famous Bus Café and the Sun Deck. You can be sitting in the double decker bus sipping a coffee watching the sun rise, drinking a cocktail enjoying a sunset or simply walking on the Margate sands within minutes of leaving the front door of our house.

If you are looking for accommodation with access to private outside areas, this is ideal for you, as the accommodation includes shared access to a sheltered private garden, which on sunny days, enjoys sunshine from dawn to dusk.

If you have a bicycle you also have access to a secure bike shelter, where you can lock your bicycle during your stay.

The house really is ideally located. With reference to the map we have provided in the photographs, you will see the beach is opposite the house, whilst Margate train station and Dreamland are only a 3 minute walk from the doorstep.

The house is close to the Old Town and the Winter Gardens venue is within walking distance along the sea promenade. This means you can join the vibrancy of Margate at even the most busy festivals, whilst retreating to the house to relax and enjoy the calmness of our home.

This warm Victorian home has been modernised, whilst maintaining some dramatic and enjoyable features, such as the wooden staircase. The double room you will be staying in has been designed to provide all you need for a relaxing beach break. There are tea and coffee making facilities, a tv, a large wardrobe and chest of drawers to give you the storage you need. The bedroom has a double bed and an en-suite bathroom designed to let in light and create a bright airy space,

The couch in the bay window is perfect for resting and reading whilst a perfect spot for watching the birds, fishermen, sailing boats, occasional seal and kite surfer and holiday makers enjoying the beach.

There is plenty of storage space with cupboards, chests of drawers and a wardrobe.

When you book, John our very knowledgeable manager will contact you and provide you with any information you require and arrange booking in details to suit your travel plans. On arrival John or one of the team will meet you and walk you around the property showing you the facilities. John will tell you about the local area and any events that are happening that week, during your stay.

One of the prime attractions of the house is that the views are glorious, whatever the weather. Its proximity to the beaches and town mean that our guests can pop home from anywhere in Margate in just a few minutes.
