The space
Inside, you'll find a well-appointed space with a luxurious king-sized bed, a welcoming queen-sized bed, and two single beds, ensuring a restful stay for everyone. The house contains one bathroom with an additional outdoor shower which becomes a refreshing amenity after a sun-soaked day at the nearby beaches.
Step into a cozy living room including a warm fireplace, perfect for chilly nights. The room is equipped with air conditioning for year-round comfort. The kitchen is fully equipped, providing modern amenities.
Outside onto the inviting veranda, the outdoor fireplace + weber BBQ invites cozy gatherings under the stars, while an outdoor television adds a touch of entertainment to the al fresco moments.

Extra fees: Cleaning Fee: While we charge a cleaning fee, we still expect our guests to leave the house in a neat & tidy condition on departure and follow our check-out instructions including washing all dishes and removing rubbish to outside bins etc. Credit Card Fees: 1.75% credit card fees apply for domestic VISA, Mastercard & EFTPOS, 3.50% for international VISA, Mastercard & EFTPOS and 3% for AMEX.Sorry, no pets.
Child Safety: This house is in a rural location and has a small unfenced dam at the back side of the property. Children should be watched at all times.
Linen: is included in your stay.
No Flyscreens: please note, there are no flyscreens on any of the windows or doors.
Firewood: firewood is not provided. Please bring your own for your stay in cooler months. It can be purchased from the local hardware / service station in town.
Please note; there is no inside dining table at the house, you can sit up to the breakfast bar or enjoy your meals outside on the patio.
There is no free to air TV channels, guests have use of smart TV apps, Netflix etc.
House is on tank water.
