Nossa experiência no Hotel Ponta Verde Praia do Francês foi excelente. O hotel é muito confortável, tem ótima localização e oferece uma vista maravilhosa. O café da manhã é um dos grandes destaques, com frutas sempre frescas, grande variedade de pães e bolos, além de opções preparadas na hora, como tapiocas, ovos mexidos e omeletes. Durante nossa estadia, o rooftop estava em reforma. Como meu esposo é PCD e isso poderia limitar nosso aproveitamento das áreas do hotel, a equipe nos concedeu, de forma muito atenciosa, um upgrade para uma suíte com banheira de hidromassagem. Foi um gesto de grande sensibilidade e cuidado com o hóspede. O atendimento, do início ao fim, foi impecável. Nossa hospedagem superou as expectativas e só temos elogios à equipe e à estrutura do hotel.

Para quem é cliente do Hotel Ponta Verde começamos a notar perda da qualidade com itens de cama e banho. Disponibilidade de 1 toalha de rosto nos quartos. Limpeza do banheiro a desejar. E vemos também portas e móveis envelhecidos já dando aparência de antigo. Disponibilidade do estacionamento qdo se chega de madrugada, necessário ir até a recepção solicitar autorização e depois voltar ao carro para abertura do portão.

Já me hospedei várias vezes neste hotel. A equipe continua excelente, o quarto muito confortável, ótima localização! O café da manhã não condiz com o que hotel representa. Muito repetitivo e não é saboroso! Cuscuz muito seco! Frango temperado demais! Bolos sem sabor! Já me hospedei em hotéis menores e o café da manhã era muito melhor!
