Disliked: Cleanliness
From the time we checked in to the property, we quickly noticed how run down and filthy the house was. We alerted the host the morning after checking in with our initial concerns. The host stopped communicating with us as we elevated additional issues including health and safety issues such as overloaded electrical outlets, black mold and a cockroach infestation. After the third time encountering cockroaches, we vacated the property two days early and requested a full refund. The host is still not responding to us. This property is unfit for use and should NOT be rented in its current state. We will continue to elevate our concerns through every complaint process available to us.
