This world class resort island has it all and this waterfront home is open bright and spacious. Built in 2000 and beautifully appointed and maintained. Chickee hut, dock, pool, lanai, with a sunny southwest exposure. Kayak and fish directly from the large dock. Explore the bays and natural waterways that lead out to private white sand beaches. Enjoy sunsets the by pool. Great shopping and dining are very close by and the beach is only two miles down the road. Boat rental can be delivered and picked up right from our private dock. (Please note there have been some changes to the furniture scheme including changing the third bedroom from bunk beds and a pull out to a queen size bed. Updated pictures available by request.)
