Spacious two-bedroom, two-bathroom condo. The kitchen has all new stainless steel appliances and a breakfast nook to enjoy the paper and a cup of coffee. The living room enjoys new leather furnishings and a large flat-screen TV. The master bedroom boasts a king-sized bed, flat-screen TV, and views of Tigertail lagoon. The guest bedroom also has a king-sized bed, perfect for two couples to have their own space. Both bathrooms have single vanities and tub/shower combinations.

This condo is located in a beautifully landscaped gated community with a fitness facility, tennis courts, and a large heated pool.

Rental is located on the 11th Floor.
Sleeps 4 Comfortably but can sleep 5 if needed.

Parking notes: The Building requires guests to purchase a Parking Pass to get onto and off Property. The fee is $100.00 and cannot be paid by Vacasa. Parking Kiosk next to elevator banks.
