Situated on half an acre with 170 ft. of sea wall facing directly south, guests will enjoy an expansive outdoor lanai, a 35 thousand-gallon saltwater pool, a large elevated spa, and several lounge areas just feet away from the water.
The serenity of the setting is truly captivating! The home offers guests a spacious, relaxed open floor plan with 4,210 sq. ft. under air conditioning and a total area of 4,862 sq. ft. on three stories. The Great Room has walls of glass overlooking the lanai and waterfront, which provide beautiful views from the free-flowing kitchen, breakfast, dining, and entertainment seating areas. There are two large master suites on separate floors, each with 16 ft. of windows and a private waterfront balcony, a king bed, a private bath, and a walk-in closet. This was an amazing house my family stayed at for Spring Break. Spacious and the views you can't beat! We enjoyed cooking and grilling and also close proximity to great restaurants on the island. Catching the sunset every night was my favorite and my boys loved the fishing and watching dolphin and manatees in the water. The house was very clean, some may say the bathrooms were a little outdated, but didn't bother us. We look forward to coming back.

Spring break family trip
We could not have picked a better home to stay for our vacation. Beautiful and spacious inside and out for two families. Breath taking sunset views every night. Plenty of space for corn hole games or ping pong. Location very close to restaurants and shopping. We would definitely rent again.

Laid Back
We were two over 50 couples and the house was perfect for us with two almost identical master suites. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was very well equipped. We really enjoyed the area down by the pool and we spent a lot of time down there watching the boats, the dolphins, the pelicans and the resident osprey. The view across the channel to an uninhabited island was the best part; with no one looking back at us, we had a wonderful feeling of seclusion and peaceful privacy.
