This condo is advertised on the Expedia Group sites by a local rental agency (Marco Island Rental Properties) and the payment you make when you book this house is only their service fee. (Check your credit card statement) Once you have successfully completed the booking; you will be contacted from an MIRP rental agent for the rest of the payment. Some extra paperwork will be emailed to you that will need to be filled out prior to arrival.

This exquisitely renovated end-unit condo sits atop South Seas Tower 4, boasting idyllic sunset panoramas from the expansive balcony and dawn views from the kitchen balcony.
The master suite offers a king bed with balcony access and a spacious walk-in shower with dual sinks. The guest bedroom, appointed with a queen bed, has an adjacent bathroom featuring a walk-in shower, located just off the entrance. Complimentary Wi-Fi and HD channels are available.

EXIT CLEANING FEE may increase according to length of stay.

Registration fee is $100.00 which comes with one parking pass.
If there's more than one car, each car pays $100.00.
Fees are collected in the office of South Seas Tower 3.

CANCELLATIONS: 15% of the rental fee is retained if cancellation is made 60 days prior for weekly (90 days monthly rental). Condo App Fees, and Travel insurance is non-refundable. Inside the 60 days weekly/90-day monthly cancelation period, (if you do not have travel insurance); We try to re-rent the unit, if successful we will charge 15% commission on your reservation and refund the balance. WE HIGHLY ENCOURAGE you to purchase travel insurance to protect your trip! Cancellations due to COVID, Hurricanes, any acts of God, or Mother Nature are subject to the same conditions as our normal cancellation policy. No Exceptions!

The condo is beautiful, in good shape with great views. Plenty of linen and towels. We really enjoyer staying here. Only issue was old beach umbrellas that broke when we opened them on the beach so we didn't have one for the week.
