We had an amazing vacation at this house! The house is super cute, modern, brand new construction, and super clean! We showed up to this house and immediately started having fun.It was very well stocked with towels, pool toys, dishes, glasses, drinkware, coffee pot, anything you would need to have a great vacation in Marco Island. It's in a quiet area as well, the only thing you'll hear are birds chirping in the morning, and maybe some lawn mowing nearby. The location of this house is fantastic - an easy 6 min drive to the Publix grocery store. And about a 2 min drive to gelato/ice cream and restaurants/gas station/7-eleven. I drove to old Marco Island (the northern part of the Island) to get some fresh fish sandwiches from LeeBe and that was an easy 12 minute drive.This house is rated 5 stars by other travelers. And yes, I agree, this is a 5 star house based on our family's experience staying here for 1 week.All communication with the host Justin was fast, smooth and easy. Check-in and check out was fantastic and fast, absolutely no issues.I would 100% rent this VRBO house again.

The primary suite was spacious and comfortable. Loved the shower. Enjoyed the hot tub. It was a little small but perfect for our small group. The kitchen was good and had what we needed. Additional wine glasses would have been a plus. Enjoyed the proximity to the beach. The beds were comfortable. We all slept well!

Very beautfiful house with a great location. Some things could have been cleaned better in the house and bed coverings did not seem like they have been washed. Back patio did not lock and front door needs to be adjusted. Also some times the key pad did not work?

An amazing weekend at Marco Island

Property was exactly as listed and fitted our needs perfectly. We stayed four nights and with 7 adults, 1 child and an infant, the three full baths were a necessity. The kitchen was well stocked and the outdoor grill provided two great meals. The owners were very responsive and our requests were answered quickly and with understanding. Property was very close to the beach and there are plenty of beach gear and towels. Well worth the trip and many thanks!

The property was as listed. Very clean and well appointed with anything you might need for a great stay including TONS of towels for the beach/pool which came in very handy. The location was great for a walk to the beach or to grab some food/shop. We really enjoyed watching the ground owls which inhabited the open lot adjacent to the home. Overall great stay and would stay here again!

Great house and location

This was a beautiful house to stay in. Very clean and just as the pictures show! The outdoor grill was a nice added feature. There was an issue that we had (w/the lanai) but the owners are very easy to reach out to and their response time was good. This house was the most well stocked house we have ever been in since we have been vacationing in Marco Island...!
