Perfect Marco Island beach retreat.

Location, location, location...AND completely renovated in September of 2021! This condo is perfectly centrally located on Marco. Kitty corner from the gorgeous JW Marriott and right across the street from the beach with the public access/walkway within steps. Fun restaurants, shops, and activities all within walking distance.

Modern renovations include new hurricane and sound reducing patio doors, flooring throughout unit, walk in tile shower and more! Our condo is one of the ONLY units in the building with views of the gulf and sunset (5th floor), open air balcony, in-unit washer and dryer (a MUST have), flat screen TV's in living room and master bedroom, free WiFi and cable TV. Enjoy additional luxury amenities like new furniture, a spacious kitchen w/ large island, granite countertops throughout kitchen and bath. The master bedroom has a recently purchased queen-size bed, plenty of closet space both in the bedroom and a large closet off the bath for extra storage for suitcases etc. Rental includes beach chairs w/umbrella, cooler, noodles, heated pool, tennis/pickleball court and grill by outside eating area. This is NOT your typical rental unit….owners stay here themselves whenever they have opportunity 😀.

We also own another condo in San Marco Residences (3rd floor) for friends and/or extended family looking to join you in paradise.

We loved our stay at this condo! The condo is exactly as shown in the pictures. It was clean, well appointed and comfortable and most importantly, quiet. The beach access directly across the street is perfect and so convenient. The owners communicated detailed instructions in advance and have thought of little details - like beach supplies including a cooler bag and small cooler. The unit has a Keurig coffee maker and a small drip coffee maker. This was our 4th year coming to Marco but first staying at this condo but my husband and I will definitely book again for our future trips.

This is my second stay at this condo and it could not be more convenient and perfectly located on the island to get to everything easily. There is beach access and the condo has all the things you need for a day at the beach. When in Marco, this is the perfect place to stay.

Very Nice Condo

The condo was very clean and was in a great location. It is directly across from the beach access way. The beach is gorgeous. The complex also had a nice pool which had plenty of chairs and umbrellas. We had a great time and would return.

Great condo in Marco

My husband and I stayed in this condo for 3 nights and we would highly recommend. It was the ideal location across from the public beach access! Highlights: Assigned parking spot, elevator access to 5th floor, balcony with a great view (a little bit of the water too!), quiet & clean condo, stocked with necessities & had all the beach needs including chairs, wagon, mat, towels etc. The owner was very responsive and helped us with a lock issue very quickly. Overall this is a great place to stay on Marco. Condo needs a little TLC but is updated and comfortable.

Marco Island Condo for 2

We stayed on Marco Island for a conference. The Marriott was booked but we wanted to be close enough to walk to the conference. This condo exceeded our expectation. It was convenient for the conference, very comfortable, clean, and nicely furnished. The fact that we had easy access to and a view of the Gulf was a bonus. We will definitely consider staying here again.

Perfect getaway

The condo was an absolutely perfect place for our little escape. The location to the public beach couldn't be more perfect. It had everything we needed and more for my husband and I. There was a wagon, beach chairs and umbrella for us to use. Kitchen accessories were abundant for cooking meals, beach & bath towels, etc. Ian was easily accessible to communicate with. Zero complaints. 100% recommend, we would go back in a heartbeat!

My husband and I vacationed in Marco Island. We haven't been there in 14 years and was excited to see the changes. We normally stay at the Marriott but wanted to stay in a condo. WOW - this is the best condo we ever rented. Great location - beach access is right across the street and can walk to many restaurants. Check in process was easy and the host even lists several ideas for dinner and other tips. Any questions i had were answered right away. i never felt so at home as I did in this condo. It is beautifully decorated. I can't wait to come back!! This entire vacation was definitely a 10/10

Perfect Beach Getaway!

This condo was exactly what we were looking for in a beach vacation rental. The location was unbeatable - having easy beach access with pool and tennis courts on premises as well as restaurants within walking distance. The condo itself was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed for a relaxing stay including beach chairs, umbrella and toys. Ian was very responsive to all questions. Vacation with a view

I have to thank Ian for sharing his property with us Right when you walk in you’re impressed by the view from the living room/kitchen area, wall to wall glass doors, what a spectacular view. Let me not forget to mention that the beach access is directly across the street from the property. Assigned parking is close to the entrence. Unit was super clean and property instructions very clear. We will definitely stay here again when we have a chance.

Great location, great host

The property is fully renovated and very clean. The check in process was seamless and Ian is very responsive to all inquiries. The lock bock was not working when we arrived so he sent someone out immediately to fix it. The place is fully equipped with all your beach necessities. Highly recommend!!
