This beautifully furnished three-bedroom, two-bathroom home with an office offers maximum comfort and relaxation for guests. It has a split floor plan for privacy. The master bedroom has a king-sized bed with a water view and sliders leading to the Lanai and pool. Each of the guest bedrooms has a queen-sized bed.
The kitchen is well-equipped with stainless steel appliances. There is also an office complete with a desk and printer for those who want to mix business with pleasure.
The covered lanai features beautiful patio furniture, dining for 6, and an outdoor kitchen complete with a gas fireplace. Cool down in the pool, or soothe your tired muscles in the adjoining spa.
In the evenings, you can enjoy brilliant sunsets and stunning views over Sunflower Waterway. Enjoy your morning coffee by the waterside atop the expansive dock. Keep a lookout for dolphin and manatees, as well as heron and osprey feeding on rising bait fish. The wildlife is active and constant in Sunflower Waterway.

Another great vacation on Marco Island

This is the 3rd straight year we have stayed in this lovely home. It is well maintained and clean. Kelli was very responsive and helpful. We will go back.
