Beach Access directly across street. Heated pool, tennis/pickle ball court. JW Marriott directly across street. Walking distance to restaurants and hotels. Stay in my condo instead of paying JW Marriott rates! This condo gets 5 star reviews from all guests. Condo is fully equipped with everything you need during your stay. We pride ourselves on providing high quality linens, towels, beach towels, etc. Gulf view and JW Marriott directly across street. Beach access directly across street as well. Condo is situated in the center of the island and walk able to restaurants, bars, movies, churches etc Guests have access to the entire condo. Washer and Dryer available on every floor of the condo building. Condo is stocked with everything you need for a day at the beach. There is a designated parking spot for the condo. Guests are required to sign a standard rental agreement.
