The apartment is located in the center of Marciana Marina, one of the most touristic and renowned places on the island, a picturesque center overlooking the sea, full of shops, fish trattorias and haute cuisine restaurants, bars and pubs animated by numerous events during the summer (for example the wonderful musical fireworks on August 12th when Santa Chiara d'Assisi is celebrated). Our little house overlooks the initial part of the seafront, the best position because it is slightly more secluded than the initial and central part of passage. It is the smallest municipality on the island but the most fascinating, our little house fits perfectly into a context of incredible charm, where the joy and liveliness of a small fishing village is evoked where the sea is breathed, lived and defended.

A small accommodation with large outdoor spaces for exclusive use, featuring a refined and sophisticated design. It combines contemporary elements with artistic and elegant touches, creating a rustic and restored environment that maintains its original charm with exposed bricks, stone, and beams. Located on the ground floor of a well-maintained building in the main square of the village, it offers a bright living area with a double sofa bed, wall-mounted TV, and a modern, well-equipped kitchen. A French bed is positioned in the mezzanine, and there is a spacious, well-kept bathroom with a shower and a window. A utility room with a washing machine is available. There is access to the outdoor, terraced, and elevated space where you can enjoy both outdoor meals and relax in this green, peaceful area where the urban context gives way to a corner of tranquility and nature.

Important Notes:

Groups of young people under 21 years of age are not allowed.
If using the external grill, it must be cleaned after each use.
Check-in is from 4:00 PM to 7:30 PM, and check-out is by 9:00 AM. A late check-in after 8:00 PM incurs a supplement of €50.00.
Pets are only allowed if small-sized, with an additional €30 cleaning fee.
Security deposit (mandatory): €200.00, refundable at the end of the stay after checking the condition of the property (if paid in cash, it will not be refunded before 3:00 PM).
Bed and bath linens: €20.00 per person (to be requested at the time of booking); not available for on-site booking.
