Located within the Gulf of the same name, Procchio is a small town that boasts one of the longest beaches on the island (almost 1 km). Thanks to its central location and its numerous services, it is one of the most popular seaside resorts. Perfect for families, thanks to its gently sloping seabed, it is particularly suitable for children. This gulf, especially with favorable winds from the South, is a true paradise of crystal clear water and golden sand. Nearby you can easily reach other Elban excellences including: Campo all'Aia, Spartaia, la Guardiola, Il Golfo della Biodola and la Paolina.
The village is small but welcoming, with a central square, cafes, ice cream parlors and some boutiques.
Weekly summer market with local crafts, clothing and Tuscan specialties. The restaurants serve fresh fish, local Elban wines and classic Tuscan dishes. A small pub livens up the summer evenings for the younger ones.

The property, with an interior area of 40 sqm, is located on the ground floor and features a private, gated entrance. It consists of a living area with a kitchen and sofa, one double bedroom, one single bedroom with a pull-out bed that becomes a three-quarter bed, and a windowed bathroom with a spacious shower cabin and bidet.
It offers a beautiful terraced garden, perfect for enjoying outdoor meals, equipped with a convenient worktop, an outdoor sink, and a hot water shower.
Private parking is available adjacent to the property.

Security deposit (mandatory): €200.00, refunded at the end of the stay after inspection of the property (if paid in cash, it will not be refunded before 3:00 PM)

Bed linen and towels: €20.00 per person (must be requested at the time of booking; cannot be booked on site)
Check-in from 4:00 PM to 7:30 PM and check-out by 9:00 AM; a €50.00 surcharge applies for check-in after 8:00 PM
