The recently-built holiday home is a triumph of clean-line design, light-filled rooms and modern appliances, which will make your holidays the most relaxing experience. The one-storey property features a contemporary style and a quiet ambience; if you choose to spend your holidays here, you will have your batteries recharged in a matter of minutes.

Upon entering the house, you are welcomed by a living space, where you will find all the equipment needed for a really relaxing stay. The living space is provided with a well-equipped kitchenette, a lounge area with two cosy sofas and an armchair, and a dining table for six people. The cherries on the pie are the full windows, which overlook the garden and the private pool and let the light flood in.

Undeniable comforts are also provided in the house's three bedrooms. The master bedroom is equipped with one double bed and a wardrobe, as well as a fabulous window overlooking the garden. Two single beds are provided in the second bedroom, while the third bedroom features one bunk bed. The modern bathroom with a shower completes the indoor facilities of the house.

The living room and the three bedrooms are provided with warm/cool air-con.

The fully-fenced plot welcomes a fabulous private pool, which is ideal for refreshing during the hot Sevillan summer. Around it, the deckchairs and an outdoor dining table let you make the most of the sunshine while having your meals. A private parking lot is also available inside the plot.

The access to the holiday home is possible via an unpaved lane.
