This modern 2-storey villa is located in the small and quiet village of Loborika, 6 km from the center of Pula.
On a large fenced plot of 1100 m2, you will be able to enjoy a small garden with lawn and herbs, in a pool of 95 m2, 140 cm deep, with internal stairs.
This beautiful villa accommodates 10 guests who will have the opportunity to enjoy massages (for an extra charge). The house is equipped so that you will be provided with everything you need for a carefree vacation.

The house consists of two floors (300 m2).
On the ground floor there is a large living room/dining room with air conditioning and access to the pool, an open kitchen, 1 bedroom with access to the pool and a wardrobe, with 1 franc. bed, shower/toilet, TV and air conditioning and 1 bedroom with 1 franc. bed, shower/toilet, TV and air conditioning, and one separate toilet
