Old, rustic holiday house Mara on 2 levels, renovated in 2006 in the resort, in a quiet, sunny position, 2 km from the sea. The house is suitable for up to 6 people, ideal for families. The house is located in a beautiful natural area, independent and closed. Parktplaetz at home in justification. It is ideal for a stay in an authentic environment for all those who want to experience the rural life without sacrificing the usual comfort. If you came in autumn you are cordially invited to help with the grape harvest or olive picking. Interior of the house: 3-room house, 80 m2 on 2 levels, rustic, tasteful and cozy furnishings: living room 30m2 with satellite TV and air conditioning, internet, exit to the terrace. Open kitchen (4 hot plates, oven, freezer). Shower / wc. Upper floor: 1 room with 1 double bed (160cm, length 200cm) and 1 room with 1 double bed (150cmX200cm).

Information on how to get to Rakalj
If you are heading towards Istria you can go via Buje or Rijeka. From both streets the highway goes towards Pula, when you are at the end of the highway in Pula you have to go towards Labin and the airport.
Then drive to the normal road towards Labin (Loborika, Marcana) and after about 20 kilometers you will come to Prodol and you have to turn right towards Krnica and Rakalj.
Then there are several tables showing the road for Rakalj (Prodol-Rakalj about 8 km).
When you come to Rakalj, you will come to a square with a very large tree surrounded by stones, that is the center of Rakalj. There
turn left next to the tree, and just about 800 meters, the first paved road to the right. At the end of this narrow street you will find us and Haus Mara ..

Idyllisches Landhaus/ Ferienhaus

Uns hat das lĂ€ndlich gelegene Ferienaus sehr gut gefallen. Die Vermieter sind sehr gastfreundlich. Es gab mehrere BadestrĂ€nde, die innerhalb von 10min mit dem Auto zu erreichen waren. An einem Steinstrand konnte man Dinosaurier-AbdrĂŒcke und Fossilien entdecken. Im Ort Rakalj gibt es eine Einkaufsmöglichkeit, wo man fast alles bekommt. Die nĂ€chsten grĂ¶ĂŸeren Orte sind 35-45 Autominuten entfernt. Uns hat besonders die Natur und vielen Tiere beeindruckt.

Tolles Ferienhaus mit sehr netten Vermietern

Wir waren Anfang Oktober in Rakalj und haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Das Haus ist absolut ruhig gelegen, schön eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Auch die Vermieter sind Spitze und freundlich, man kann sich jederzeit an die beiden wenden. Der kleine Laden im Ort bietet alles an, um sich zu versorgen und das Essen in der Konoba ist enorm lecker. Um in StÀdte zu kommen, benötigt man das Auto. Schöne Wanderungen sind ab dem Ferienhaus möglich. Insgesamt,war es ein traumhaft schöner Urlaub und wir nehmen viele tolle Erinnerungen mit!

Einfach nur herrlich

Wir waren dieses Jahr wieder mal in Kroatien. Livio und Magda waren rotal freundlich und zuvorkommend. Haben uns die StrĂ€nde gezeigt,und wenn wir etwas auf dem Herzen hatten mussten wir nur bescheid sagen und sie haben uns sofort geholfen. Kann ich nur empfehlen. Es war ein wunderbarer Urlaub. DIe Lage des Ferienhauses ist abseits des Touristenrummels, man kann ganz ruhig schlafen. Das Haus selbst ist sehr gemĂŒtlich. Die Gastgeber sind gastfreundlich,herzlich und angenehm. Der Kontakt gelang einfach (sprechen auch deutsch). Man kann alle Touristenhöhepunkte mit dem Auto gut anfahren, aber auch abseits davon gibt es viel zu entdecken. In diesem Ferienhaus kann man sehr genussvolle Ferien haben. Die vielen positiven Kommentare ĂŒber die Vermieter kann ich nur bestĂ€tigen: Magda und Livio sind ganz reizende Menschen, die alles tun, dass sich ihre GĂ€ste wohlfĂŒhlen. Das Haus selber ist das beste Ferienhaus, das wir je hatten: geschmackvoll eingerichtet, supersauber, wunderschöne Terrasse/Außenanlage und mit wirklich allem ausgestattet, was man braucht, vor allem die Klimaanlage war bei 37 Grad draußen eine Wohltat. Rakalj selber ist ein kleines ruhiges Örtchen ohne das typische Touristenleben, aber mit einem schönen Restaurant und einem kleinen Supermarkt. Die StrĂ€nde sind mit dem Auto schnell zu erreichen, eher klein und ebenfalls nicht touristisch ĂŒberlaufen. Wir haben uns sehr sehr wohl gefĂŒhlt und wĂŒrden jederzeit wiederkommen.

Ganz Toll!!!! Rakalj ist ein kleines Dorf abseits der Touristengebiete in Istrien mit ganz tollen Lokalen nur Minuten mit dem Auto entfernt.....Hier gehen die Kroaten auch noch selber essen. Es ist alles so wie auf der Seite beschrieben.Abends totale Stille, kein ZivilisationslĂ€rm... nur Ruhe. Livio und Magda sind sehr liebe Vermieter... jeder Zeit bei Fragen und Tipps erreichbar. Livio hat uns sogar am ersten Tag die StrĂ€nde mit seinem Auto gezeigt....Wir sind mit Ihm Boot gefahren und den einen Abend hat er fĂŒr uns Istrisch gekocht.... Total lecker. Seine Schwester verkauft selbst gemachten Wein und Olivenöl... Wer es mag, abseits des Touristentrubels Urlaub zu machen, jeden Tag 5 Minuten mit dem Auto zum Strand zufahren und dann nach einem kleinen Fußmarsch an ganz tollen StrĂ€nden zu entspannen, der ist hier genau richtig. Ich war jeden Tag im dem kleinen Dorfkonsum einkaufen, hier gibt es vom frischen Brot angefangen bis Grillkohle alles... und ganz nette Menschen. Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen!!!

Wunderschöner Urlaub

Herbsturlaub in Istrien

Ruhige Lage am Ende einer Sackgasse, sehr freundliche, hilfsbereite Vermieter. Obst und Wein aus eigener Produktion als Empfang und ein leckeres Abschiedspaket fĂŒr die Heimreise. Wir haben bei der Olivenernte geholfen, viel gelernt dabei und vor der Abfahrt gab es noch eine Flasche Öl aus diesen Oliven. Sehr lecker. Am letzten Tag nahm uns der Vermieter zu einer Bootstour mit, auf der wir einige schöne Buchten mal vom Wasser aus sehen konnten. Der Whirlpool war ein Highlight fĂŒr Opa und Enkel. Gute Ausstattung mit Waschmaschine, bequeme Betten. Ein rundum erholsamer, angenehmer Urlaub. Gerne wieder.

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt Ende September in Rakalji im Haus von Livio und Magda sehr genossen. Alles war wunderbar, die Gastgeber sind sehr zuvorkommend und herzlich. Das Haus ist super ausgestattet mit allem was benötigt wird und der Whirlpool ist einfach super. Die Gegend ist sehr schön und es gibt einige Ausflugsziele die von dort aus in wenigen Minuten mit dem Auto erreichbar sind. Alles in allem hatten wir eine richtig schöne Zeit und werden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen !

Perfekte Unterkunft fĂŒr Ruhesuchende

Magda und Livio haben uns hervorragend betreut. Das Ferienhaus ist sehr sauber und gepflegt. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich, dass wir viele regionale Lebensmittel aus eigener Produktion verkosten konnten. Wenn man gut zu Fuß ist, kann man in der NĂ€he der Unterkunft gut Wanderungen unternehmen ohne ein Auto zu benutzen. Ein Auto ist fĂŒr diese lĂ€ndliche Region natĂŒrlich sehr zu empfehlen.

Schönes Landhaus in ruhiger Lage

Das Haus ist sehr schön ausgebaut und fĂŒr eine Familie mit 2 Kindern gut geeignet. An der Ausstattung gibt es nichts auszusetzen. Es ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Der Zustand der Einrichtung/ GerĂ€te ist neu bzw. sehr gepflegt. Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir wurden mit hauseigenem Wein und frischen Feigen begrĂŒĂŸt. Eine traumhaft schöne Woche

Der Kontakt zu Magda und Livio war hervorragend. Sie verwöhnten uns immer wieder mit leckeren Köstlichkeiten (vielen Dank dafĂŒr). Das Haus erfĂŒllte alle WĂŒnsche. Sehr sauber, geschmackvolle Einrichtung, toller Außenbereich, ruhige Lage. Wir haben die Woche genossen. Auch die StrĂ€nde in unmittelbarer NĂ€he sind fantastich. Wir waren nun zum dritten Mal bei Magda und Livio zu Gast und gehören zu einer Reihe von Urlaubern, die immer wieder gerne zurĂŒckkommen. Was uns sehr gefĂ€llt, ist, dass alles so authentisch wirkt. Die Natur ist wunderschön, die Gastgeber sehr nett und man lebt am Rande eines Dorfes, wo Hektik ein Fremdwort ist. Irgendwie fĂŒhlt man sich sofort integriert, nicht zuletzt, weil man auch mit den restlichen Familienmitgliedern mĂŒhelos Kontakt bekommt. Das Haus ist tip-top gepflegt, zum Teil aus Naturstein gebaut und urig. Die Einrichtung ist geschmackvoll. FĂŒr Strand-Liebhaber gibt es in der NĂ€he eine Bucht, die einmalig schön ist, und wo es noch keinen Massentourismus gibt. Wenn man denn doch mal mehr Leute sehen möchte, sind zum Beispiel Pula, Rabac, Porec oder Rovinj nicht weit weg. In der NĂ€he gibt es eine Vielzahl an Restaurants.
