This detached holiday home with garden and private pool is located in a quiet location in Marčana, only about 10 minutes by car from the airport and 15 minutes by car from the center of the famous tourist town of Pula. The private property is 100 meters from the main street. On the other side of the main street, a ten-minute walk away, is the center of the village with small shops, a market, grocery stores, a post office and an ATM. Internet access is available in the local bar. The good restaurants Luna or Vesna, whose owners prepare delicious Istrian cheese, are only a five-minute drive away. Since it is a ten-minute drive to the nearest motorway exit, it is easy to explore the Istrian peninsula from the villa. It is worth visiting the old city center of Pula or the Brijuni National Park. The nearest beach in Duga Uvala is about a 15-minute drive. The beautiful beaches of Pula are also ideal for swimming and sunbathing. Numerous festivals take place in the area in the summer months of July and August.
