room for 10 guests, it is the largest and most well-appointed villa on the property. Perched high on a hill, it delivers
sweeping panoramic views of Sandusky Bay that you will not find from any other unit. This is the one guests come back for
year after year.

Unlike the standard villas, Grand Beach Villa includes its own washer and dryer, a dishwasher, and a bathtub/shower combo
in the primary bath — genuine home comforts that make a week-long stay feel effortless. The full kitchen, central AC,
outdoor deck with grill, and ample free parking (including boat trailer storage) round out everything you need.
