Beautiful older building in a quaint, friendly little town. Worth a segue from the beaten path for the peaceful experience. The owners are friendly and we did not have any issues while there. The bed was comfortable and there are few local restaurants for dining out. Will definitely consider staying again for our next trip through Missouri.

We didn’t see any staff and everything was out and waiting for us. The property is very well maintained and quaint. There is coffee, water, and snacks for the continental breakfast. The hours of the Mercantile were limited.

there’s an amazing breakfast shop that was there. Love the vibes about the room and the whole shop. One thing to note if you’re looking for a hotel in Cape Girardeau this is not there so double check if your app is suggesting it for staying there. Great hotel aside from my mistake.
