The linens has signs that they were not new. The door was clearly dirty. The floor had a slight sticky residue. There was a very strong chemical/freshener smell. The tub was clearly old. There was only one canister light over the sink area so shaving or putting on makeup was challenging. Its clearly a "shoe-string" operation. The only plus was it was not expensive. We will not be staying there again.

The staff was friendly, and I always like that when I'm in a strange place. The facility was good, everything was neat and clean and so putting the two of these together made for a nice stay at the Lake LBJ/Roadway Inn down in Kingsland, TX ! I shall return

I came in to giant cockroach on the floor. The shower had obviously not been cleaned as there was an old soap in the soap dish and an old washrag hanging on the shower curtain. The microwave had a mess inside it that could not be easily wiped out with hot water and a rag. The fridge also had a mess inside it. The door could use a good wipe down and i wore shoes inside the whole time because of the stickiness on the floor. Very dirty.

We have stayed there 3 times while visiting grandson. Rooms are always clean, convenient kitchen area, A/C always cold and beds are comfortable, We plan on staying there every time we visit. if possible.
