This cozy waterfront home is the perfect getaway for a vacay full of relaxing, instant access for swimming, & kayaking(3 kayaks) on the beautiful Lake LBJ! Enjoy your morning coffee, sun tan, or unwind in the evenings on the large upper deck patio. Enjoy some s'mores or campfire stories around the fire pit also available for guest use! Whether using as a weekend retreat, a week vacay, or a monthly rental, this property is able to accommodate your specific stay needs! Pet fee is for dogs only! Property Fared the recent floods well and was not affected--due to lake having debris currently, we are offering a 10% discount for the remainder of July 2025 & for August 2025! We have had other guests stay since the flood, and the fishing is still really good at this property's location!
