This delightful 3 bedroom villa has a large, attractive lawned garden and a great central location. It's only 10 minutes' walk from a choice of restaurants, shops and cafes in the local commercial centre of Guadalmina Alta. The sandy beach of San Pedro, Marbella and the famous Marina at Puerto Banus are just a short drive away. There are also excellent golf courses in Guadalmina. What's not to love? WiFi, pool heating and air conditioning/heating in the bedrooms and lounge are included.

This villa is within easy reach of a selection of restaurants, shops and cafes in the Guadalmina Alta area. What's more it's located just a short drive of San Pedro town centre and an attractive sandy beach too. If you wish to get even more from your holiday, the stylish Puerto Banus Marina is nearby, as well as Marbella. Both offering a ranging of dining and shopping opportunities.There are also a number of great golf courses in the area.
