Carolina Park, a classic condominium located on the Golden Mile, with night surveillance and tennis court, one of the most luxurious residential areas of Marbella. This charming apartment is designed to accommodate 2 guests.



Upon entering, you will be greeted by a fully equipped kitchen with Nespresso capsule coffee machine, toaster, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, wine cooler, washer/dryer and full crockery to enjoy a delicious meal on the exclusive island with comfortable benches.



The living room has air conditioning and heating, a comfortable sofa bed and a Smart TV. In addition, you will find a double bed to accommodate two guests, with a fully equipped five-door wardrobe to store all your clothes and a desk where you can work while enjoying the views through the bright window.



The beautiful terrace, equipped with outdoor chairs, offers stunning views of the resort and pool, creating the perfect space to relax.



Finally, the bathroom has a spacious shower and is fully equipped.



The decoration of the apartment is modern and warm, taking care of every detail, with microcement floors throughout the apartment, including the bathroom and terrace, to make our guests feel at home. We hope you enjoy your stay!



The condominium offers other facilities that our guests can enjoy during their stay: swimming pool (open a few months a year - usually from May to October - we suggest checking availability before booking), tennis court, large garden, parking and surveillance. Please note that due to the drought, the pool opening dates may be affected.



There is communal parking within the urbanization, but please keep in mind that the spaces are occupied on a first-come, first-served basis so there may not always be free spaces inside. In that case, free parking is also available on the street!



We will be waiting for you to give you the keys. Check-in is available from 4 pm to 9 pm. After 9 pm there are two options available for check-in.

You can pick up the keys at a specific location and then enter the unit on your own. This option is free of charge.

Otherwise, someone will be waiting for you on the apartment. In this option, there is an additional charge of 40€ until 11 pm, and 60€ until 00hs. Outside these hours please consult us for availability and rates.

Please let us know 24 hours in advance of your arrival time to make sure that someone will be waiting for you and you can enter the apartment. If you arrive one hour late, there will be a surcharge of 25€.

*Sheets and towels are included in the rate. We provide towels only for the number of guests, if you need more will have an additional cost. We do not provide beach towels.



*Transfer from and to the airport available, check availability and cost.



* Pool is only open for a few months of the year (generally from May to October). Please check the availability of the pool for the chosen dates.



* Guests are advised that smoking inside is prohibited and a fine of €500 will be imposed for non-compliance.



*Your stay with us includes one basic cleaning. In case the apartment is too dirty after your deaparture, there will be a surcharge of €24.20 per hour.
