Situated within the exclusive Soul Sunrise gated community, guests benefit from privacy, security and access to resort-style facilities including spa, gym and outdoor communal pools.

The villa is distributed over three levels, designed to maximise comfort and space.



Main floor

Upon entering the villa, an elegant entrance hall leads to a spacious and bright living-dining area. The modern open-plan kitchen is fully equipped and seamlessly integrated into the living space. This level also features one double bedroom and a full bathroom with shower. From the living room you can access the terrace, private garden and infinity pool overlooking the golf course.



First floor

The upper level hosts the master bedroom with private terrace and luxury en-suite bathroom with bathtub and shower. Two additional bedrooms with twin beds share another full bathroom.



Basement level

The lower floor includes a laundry room, private office space and an additional bathroom with shower. From here there is direct access to the underground garage.
