This bright east-facing apartment boasts a spacious terrace with stunning views towards Marbella's port, the Mediterranean Sea and the surrounding park. Its central location puts beaches, restaurants, bars, supermarkets and public transport just steps away, making a car unnecessary.

The apartment features a bright lounge and dining area with a comfortable sofa bed, flat-screen TV and direct access to the main terrace. The fitted kitchen includes a convenient serving hatch connecting it to the living area.
