Luxury 2 bed-room penthouse apartment, fully furnished with quality furniture, located only a few minutes from Puerto Banús. Huge terrace with views of Marbella’s famous La Concha mountain and the coast. The complex has beautiful tropical gardens with swimming pools (summer months) including shallow areas for children, 6 paddle-tennis courts available in the urbanisation, and secure children’s play area with swings, slides and climbing frames as well as an on-site bistro.

The space

Set up exclusively for rentals, this property has everything you could need for a perfect holiday break! There is strong WIFI available throughout the penthouse, and IPTV giving guests a huge range of channels to choose from on the television.

Both Bedrooms have a King-sized beds, have direct access to the terrace, and are finished to a superb luxury standard. The Master Bedroom is ensuite, while the second bedroom is located next to the guest toilet, which is complete with shower.

The living room is spacious and has a sofa bed, giving room for an additional guest.

The Kitchen has all the essentials, including dishwasher, washing machine, and dryer.

The Penthouse has an enormous terrace complete with outside seating and dining, and sun loungers. Guests can enjoy stunning views of the surrounding mountains and coastline, and if you are a football fan, there is a new Marbella training ground located just across the road from you.
